Preamble
Why this document exists.
Capital is never neutral. Every dollar and every line of code carries a worldview. This compact holds everyone in the room, the people building and the people funding, to the same standard. It's anchored in a biblical worldview and open to anyone willing to keep it. We don't ask what you confess. We ask how you build.
Sign it honestly or not at all.
The Standard

I am a steward, not an owner.
The ventures, capital, and talent in my hands are a trust. I'll manage them so that other people flourish, not just me.

Character must scale with power.
When my ambition and my integrity come into conflict, integrity wins. Every time.

The truth, even when it's expensive.
No inflated numbers, no manufactured traction, no hidden risks. I'll say what's actually happening, even when it costs me.

Technology serves people. Never the reverse.
I'll build and back tools that leave the people who use them more human, not less.

Build for abundance, not for ego.
If what I'm building only makes a name for me, it isn't a moonshot. It's a monument.
Accountability
This compact has teeth.
What's shared in the room stays in the room. If someone breaks the standard, we go to them first and lead with grace. Restoration is the goal. But anyone who keeps breaking it will be removed, no matter what they've built, funded, or paid.
The room is only worth joining if the standard is real.
Signing is part of joining.
Nobody in this room will ask you to trade your mission for money. Everyone here signed the same page you just read, and staying in the room depends on keeping it.
